Terms and refunds

Refunds

If Tab Riffle Pro isn't right for you, email support@devrandom.dev from your purchase address within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After that, write to us anyway if something's wrong and we'll do what's fair. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and can take a few business days to appear. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

What you get

• Tab Riffle is free to use. New installs include a 14-day trial of Pro features.
• Tab Riffle Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks the Pro features in Tab Riffle for your own personal use, on any computers where you use the browser profile you activate it in, and in other browsers of yours by restoring it with your purchase email.
• Your license is personal. Please don't share it or your restore link publicly.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Stripe, which sells Tab Riffle Pro on our behalf as the merchant of record. Prices include applicable sales tax or VAT. Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself; it issues your receipt.

Updates and availability

We intend to keep Tab Riffle working with current versions of Chrome and other Chromium browsers and may improve or change features over time. Pro features you've bought won't be moved behind a further payment. Browser changes outside our control could limit what the extension can do; if one ever makes Pro unusable soon after you bought it, we'll refund you.

Ownership

Tab Riffle, its code, name and icon are © devRandom, all rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or resell the extension or its code, or work around its license checks.

No warranty

Tab Riffle is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It switches, lists and can close browser tabs; we're not responsible for tabs or data lost through its use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Tab Riffle is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date and applies to purchases after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
